Delete your game account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the game. Deletion removes your Firebase game account and the information associated with that account. It does not delete your Google account.
If the button does not open an email app, send an email to nerovyngames@gmail.com with the subject Delete Nerovyn Block Puzzle account.
What to include
- Send the request from the email used for Google sign-in, if possible.
- State that you want your Nerovyn Block Puzzle account and associated data deleted, and identify the Google sign-in email.
- We will confirm account ownership before deleting it. Never send a password, a Google verification code or bank details.
This button opens your email app. It does not send a request automatically. You need to send the email yourself.
What is deleted
Your Firebase Authentication game-account record, including its game-account identifier, name and email. The developer does not keep a separate online copy of your scores, coins, gems or game progress. These are stored locally on each device.
Local data on your phone
In the updated app, use Profile → Account & data → Delete game account. Confirm deletion and sign in again with the same Google account. Once the server confirms deletion, the app also clears your local profile, progress, scores, currencies, saved power-ups and settings on that device.
For guest data, use Account & data → Reset local data. You can also clear the app's storage in Android settings. An email request cannot remotely erase device-only saves or a device backup. Clear those separately on each device.
Timing and retained information
In-app deletion is performed when Firebase confirms it, normally during the deletion flow while you are online. After verifying ownership, we aim to complete email requests within 30 days and confirm the outcome by email. Limited records retained independently by service providers for security, fraud prevention or legal duties are governed by their retention policies. We do not retain a separate account record to restore a deleted account.
Signing in again after deletion creates a new game account. Deleted game progress cannot be recovered through the developer.
